Hoping to deflect attention from the complete disaster that is Afghanistan Joe Biden today called on private companies to impose vaccine mandates now that the FDA has approved the Pfizer vaccine.
During a speech today at the White House Biden said “as I mentioned before, I have imposed vaccination requirements that will reach millions of Americans. Today, I am calling on more companies in the private sector to step up the vaccine requirements that will reach millions more people.”
“If you are a business leader, a nonprofit leader, the state or local leader who has been waiting for full FDA approval to require vaccination, I call on you now to do that, require it. Do what I did last month, require the employees to get vaccinated or face strict requirements.”
“As I said last week, vaccination requirements have been around for decades for teachers and leaders and military personnel have had vaccinations like polio and smallpox and measles and rubella,” Biden added. “And the reason that you don’t worry about that today is because of the vaccines. It only means that Covid should require a vaccine. And today, another good reason to get vaccinated.”
Of course as soon as Biden gave his speech he turned his back on the press and the American people and left the podium, refusing to take any questions.
Certain Biden knew many of the questions would be about Afghanistan and he wanted to avoid having to answer them so he simply left.
Biden knows he cannot impose a vaccine mandate on the American people so he’s asking private business to partner with the government to do his bidding.
Any business that goes along with it is worthy of a boycott.
I support the idea of getting vaccinated against covid but do not support any mandate that dictates what people must do if they want to eat out, go to a ball game, or simply earn a living.
Whatever happened to my body, my choice? Or does that only apply to murdering babies?
